Works & Services Department with the help of Project Management Consultants will implement gender action framework. Separate action plans will be prepared for subprojects. Livelihoods program will be developed and implemented for women in project-related communities. Gender sensitive grievances mechanism is available to allow women groups to reach out to the grievance redress mechanism parties, including the ombudsman. The social and gender consultants working with provincial authorities will facilitate the implementation and monitoring of these gender action plans.
